Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to send the return back to us.  It must be post marked within 14 days of it having been delivered to you, the recipient.  You, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS/RETURNS OF FINAL SALE ITEMS.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on FINAL SALE items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  When you send the item back, include a little note with your name, phone number and mention you want to exchange it.  We will contact you to help you with the exchange.

Refunds - RESTOCKING FEE.
If you are returning a product and you sent it back within the 14 days, you will get refunded what you paid minus a 5% restocking fee.  If you are doing an exchange,  the restocking fee will be waived.
