**1. How do I figure out what size I need for my dog sweater?**

We recommend measuring your dog carefully and comparing the measurements with our size guide provided in the product descriptions. **2. Do you kill the Alpacas for their fur?**
No, we do not harm Alpacas for their fur. We only use naturally harvested baby Alpaca fur. Our Alpacas roam freely at 14,000 feet in the Andes of Peru, living their best lives. If one of our Alpacas passes away naturally, we honor their life by creating something beautiful from their fur.

**3. How do I care for my Alpaca products?**
Alpaca products are delicate and require special care. For sweaters and blankets, we recommend hand washing with a mild detergent in cold water or dry cleaning. Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric. Lay flat to dry to maintain its shape. For Alpaca fur products, avoid getting them wet and gently brush the fur with a soft brush to maintain its softness and appearance.

**4. What is Baby Alpaca fur?**
Baby Alpaca refers to the fine, soft hair from the first and second shearing of an  Alpaca. It is highly prized for its softness, warmth, and durability, making it one of the most luxurious natural fibers available.  We keep all the baby Alpaca production from our Alpacas just for our products.  The next 18 years, we get "'Adult Alpaca" quality hair, which is coarse and considered itchy when made into products that will touch your skin. This is the quality that we sell to other companies around the world.

**5. Are your products ethically sourced?**
Yes, all our products are ethically sourced. We work closely with artisans in the Andes of Peru who follow traditional and sustainable practices. The Alpaca fur used in our products is naturally harvested, ensuring no harm comes to the animals.

**6. Do you offer international shipping?**
Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details or contact us for specific inquiries.

**7. What is your return policy?**
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to arrange a return or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom orders may not be eligible for returns.

**8. Can I request a custom order?**
