Our handmade baby Alpaca shawls and sweaters are in a class of their own.  The incredible softness of the baby Alpaca is evident from the first time you put one on. 

Baby Alpaca wool is the finest you can get.  When an Alpaca is shaved for the first time, before it is 18 months old, it gives us the finest hair and makes the softest wool.  

Alpaca itself is considered a luxury fiber.  It is warmer than sheep's wool, it is hypoallergenic allowing people with sensitivity to wool to wear it, thanks to it having no lanolin, and does not itch.  Sounds great, doesn't it? 

The beautiful colors were created with all-natural dyes.  It is an art form that has been passed down from generation to generation in Peru.
