Peruvian Accent is a family-owned company with roots dating back to 1979. We work as part of a cooperative supporting more than 300 Peruvian families who raise alpacas and preserve generations of textile knowledge in the Andes.

From the careful selection of the fiber to the dyeing, knitting, and finishing of each garment, every Circle Sweater reflects the skill and tradition of Peruvian craftsmanship.

The Softness of Genuine Baby Alpaca
Baby Alpaca is prized for its exceptionally fine, smooth fibers and refined softness. Unlike coarser grades of adult alpaca, it feels gentle against the skin while providing remarkable warmth without unnecessary weight.

This sweater is made with 70% Baby Alpaca and 30% Dralon performance fiber. The Baby Alpaca provides softness, breathability, and lightweight insulation, while the Dralon helps the garment retain its shape, improves durability, and supports the fluid drape that makes the Circle Sweater so distinctive.

Warm Without Feeling Heavy
Alpaca fibers contain microscopic air pockets that help insulate the body while remaining breathable. The result is a sweater that provides comforting warmth in cooler temperatures without the dense, heavy feeling of traditional wool.
