Made by Us in Peru

Our Pumpkin Spice throw is made through a family process refined since 1979. We care for and shear the alpacas, select the fiber, develop the naturally dyed color, and design the weave. Each piece is then hand-loomed in Peru and offered directly by us.

Our Baby Alpaca Standard

Only the first two shearings meet our baby alpaca classification. The resulting fleece has the fineness and softness we require. This strict standard gives Pumpkin Spice its smooth, luxurious touch.

Baby alpaca fibers are naturally hollow. They hold warmth when you need it and release excess heat as you warm. Alpaca is also free of lanolin, making it gentle for many people with wool sensitivities.

Softness with Lasting Structure

Pumpkin Spice balances 60% baby alpaca with 40% Dralon. The alpaca offers soft, weightless insulation. Dralon strengthens the blanket and supports its structure without diminishing its refined feel.
